The workshop focused on utopian / dystopian storytelling that echoes site-specific local myths, histories and gossips.
By using exercises of directed writing İpek Hamzaoğlu and Malu Blume merged individual imagination into collective mythologies that reflect experiences of resistance and survival.
As part of the workshop, a script was made from the collective writing sessions and a film was realised together with Nur Bilgili, Malu Blume, Emin Durak, İpek Hamzaoğlu, Mete Bahtiyar Karataş, Mahir Namur, Kemal Özen, Elham Qasim, Nasrin Qasim, Nina Szkolka, Miriam Thomas, Yusuf Emre Yalçın, Ayşe Turkay Yiğit.
