Bir kentin gizli hikayelerini duymak i\u00e7in, o kenti deneyimlemek gerekir. Kentin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen y\u00fcz\u00fc hikayelerinden yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Bu hikayelerin verdi\u011fi his, kent hissini, kentin anlam\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Ki\u015fi bir kentin verdi\u011fi hissi i\u00e7selle\u015ftirirse, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc veya anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ba\u015fka kente, kendi kentinden bir \u015feyler yans\u0131t\u0131r. Italo Calvino\u2019nun \u201cG\u00f6r\u00fcnmez Kentler\u201d roman\u0131ndaki gibi, kent hissini zihnimizdeki \u201cg\u00f6r\u00fcnmez kent\u201d yarat\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez kentler nereye ait olursa olsunlar, s\u00fcrekli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6telerler. Projenin amac\u0131 kentteki gizli an\u0131lar\u0131 ve kay\u0131p izleri a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in kentin \u201cta\u015f\u0131nabilir bir belle\u011fini\u201d olu\u015fturulmas\u0131. Belirli bir kentin, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin zorlay\u0131c\u0131 etkilerine maruz kalmadan \u00f6nceki bir d\u00f6neme ait an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bilgisi verilen sanat\u00e7\u0131lar, kendi an\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da katarak uzun zaman \u00fcst\u00fc kapal\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6rtbas edilmi\u015f an\u0131msamalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurma yollar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131racaklar. B\u00f6ylelikle proje baz\u0131 ger\u00e7ekleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131karma ve bu bilgiyle Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n duygusal belle\u011fini tamamlayarak g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin en kuzey noktas\u0131nda yer alan Sinop tecrit edilmi\u015f bir liman kentinin \u00f6zelliklerini ta\u015f\u0131man\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra uzun bir tarihe ve y\u00fckl\u00fc bir belle\u011fe sahip. Kentte bir d\u00f6nemin ileri gelen ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir cezaevinin bulunmas\u0131 ve bu durumun etkileri kentin ortak belle\u011finin par\u00e7alar\u0131.
