Between 1976 and 1981 I lived with my two older sisters back in Vietnam, while my parents and my younger brother were in Europe. During that time in Saigon, we lived at our aunt’s place. I went to school, and my sisters helped my aunt and her family at home and on market. I used to play on the street when I got out of school. One of the common games was flying a dragon kite. Though it was a hard time, the games helped me a lot t and I still have beautiful memories of that time playing on the street.
